Excellent homemade... i had the jumbo ravioli with salad. Both were exquisite! Service was great as well!

Everyone at our table orderred the Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce and it did not disappoint. We followed up with there spumoni, which is superb!

Fillippi's is better by far. Antipasta Salad had wilted lettuce and not much meat. They dont serve bread with their salad

A family favorite for 30 years! Best minestrone around. Great salads (antipesto is a winner). Not as big on their specialty pizzas, but their classic thin crust pepperoni is cravable and hard to beat.If you have room, try their spumoni - it's a one of a kind.

My wife Gail and I have been eating at Borrellis Encinitas for many years. We have lived in Carlsbad for 70 years, and until just a few years ago there were no quality Italian restaurants in Carlsbad. Even now we prefer Borerellis over many restaurants in our area. Service is important to us. Borrellis has several excellent wait staff who know service. One in particular is Nicole. She is always Cheery and welcoming. Remembers our names always and knows what dishes we like or can recommend one if we are undecided. Nicloe always inquires about our family and makes us feel special. That is the definition of service. We love Borrellis. See for yourself.

Another visit to Borrellis, this time the Shrimp Pasta Primavera, to die for, a must try if you love pasta. Okay, I must add to the Borrellis list, tried the linguini with clams, it had just the right amount of garlic, served with lemon on top, huge serving! Delicious!!!! My family has been going to Borrellis for over 25 years. The italian food selection is numerous, from pizza to veal parmesan, the antipasto salad is piled high with all italian meats & cheese, yummy!! Give it a try, you will keep going back!!!

Encinitas locally owned for years great food for the family fairly priced

We had a lovely early dinner birthday party. Victor did a great job. Food was yummy and plentiful. Warm in there, but they did turn on the a.c. when we asked. Hope to go back next year as Gigi loves it there!

Came Christmas Eve and it was extremely busy. The service staff was great and speedy, the food delicious. One of my favorite restaurants in north county.

This restaurant has been serving up delicious Italian food in Encinitas for years..

This is an old school Italian restaurant. We had a 14” pizza with Canadian bacon, with a Caesar salad. Both were excellent. The pizza crust was medium thickness - not the super thin crust so many other places are making. It was spot on. The restaurant itself is nice enough, but a little dated. The service was excellent. It might be a tad over priced - it came to $33 with one drink after tax.

3 generations of my family have loved this restaurant for almost 40 years. There is no other Italian restaurant that even comes close. Very unique flavor. Love the pizza, spaghetti, and jumbo cheese raviolis always with extra meat sauce. Luv that meat sauce!! Thanks Mr Ralph borelli for keeping your family restaurant alive all these years.

Our first vist was a pleasant surprise. All the staff was pleasant and eager to serve and please. Food was tasty, and didn't take long before it appeared. After the meal, we found the atmosphere felt like a family business where everyone tries to do their best.

Service very slow only two tables other than us. Food was very dry like it was sitting under the heat lamp for 40 mins. This is the second time here and nothing has change. Will not be back

Great service and the best meatball sandwich that I've ever had!!!

Had a family dinner here on a Monday. We ordered anti-pasta salad, pepperoni pizza and a mixed spaghetti and meatball and ravioli. Orders came out in a decent time. Food was amazing. The dressing on their salad was delicious. It’s a home-made vinaigrette. The pizza sauce was also home-made and tasted really great with the pepperoni. The pasta dish had 3 big meatballs. But my favorite was the ravioli. The filling was very tasty and went well with the red sauce. On the side note, we also went at a good time/day. On Mondays, kids eat free and get a decent size of spaghetti and (1) meatball. The staff were also great and attentive. Overall, my family enjoyed the evening at Borrelli’s. A little sad that there’s no Borrelli’s closer to home than this one. But definitely worth the drive and will definitely come back again.

What a treat. One of the Best Pizzas I've had. The sauce is outstanding and they don't skimp on the cheese. Typically just get sausage on the pizza so the flavorful sauce doesn't get lost with extra toppings. The Italian sub is a favorite with a cannoli to finish puts a smile on the faces.

Excellent pizza and pastas. It's hidden in the back of the parking lot. Make the journey it's worth it! And now we can order through Uber Eats! Yippee! The crust is light and flavorful the Calzone is beyond yum!

Great Marinara and their pizza and their salad dressing are on point(Italian)! Service is average dining area very poor needs updating. At the same time I Love this place!!! Mom and Pop all the way.Keep coming back for more!🍝🍷

We are weekly fixtures here and one reason is the relationship with Nicole our favorite waitress. She usually gets to the table with our drink order before we do. She knows our order unless we decide to change it up. I bring my 95 year old Mim and all the staff treat her like a queen. She loves the soup. It is minestrone and full of chunky vegetables. Another favorite is the ravioli. We live the hot and buttery garlic bread too. It is a good place to come and relax and be waited on.

Always a classic. Nothing is going to blow you away, but its classic Italian done right. Only downfall is it's pretty pricey.

The Santa fe penne pasta was abokutley delicious! Would absolutley recommend. Alfredo was a little bland. Spghetti and meatball were good. The garlic bread was soo good and buttery.

This is the best gluten-free Italian restaurant in the county. Do not get out here often enough. Love their spaghetti and their Pizza. If you have to have gluten-free food, this place is a must try.
